My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cozy, providing a lovely and warm atmosphere, but there were some issues with the heating that needed fixing. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some friendly staff members but others not so welcoming. The location was superb, extremely close to the ski lifts and surrounded by convenient amenities; however, there was a small hiccup with undercooked food on the last day. The dining options were delicious and varied, perfect for starting the day right. The facilities, especially the indoor pool, were fantastic, offering a great way to relax after a day of skiing.
The hotel offers modern and spacious rooms with a mountain view, though some noise from outside could be heard at night and a slight smell of smoke in non-smoking rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful but was not able to accommodate requests for a room change with a bathtub. The location is excellent, close to ski lifts and with an amazing indoor pool. The dining was delicious with a variety of options, but a bit pricey and crowded in the spa area.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering amazing views of the mountain and the village. However, the temperature control was an issue. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect, right in the center of the town with easy access to the ski lifts. The dining experience was delightful with a wide selection of tasty dishes. The facilities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
